What to do if your nonprofit account verification has not been successful?

If your organization is not yet registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), or has been revoked, this may be the cause of your account not being processed. If your organization has been recently approved and is not yet listed in the search databases, please provide a copy of your CRA approval letter to our verification team at support@werbylo.com for further assistance.
